Everyone who participates with The Connexion is on staff; unpaid, but none-the-less a very important part of the group. We believe that we are all gifted with unique talents and abilities to offer one another and God. Maybe you’ve heard it said before that “every member is a minister”. We like that idea, and look for ways for everyone to connect their passions and gifts in contributing to the movement.

Currently, as this is so new, the only full time staffer is Pastor Don Wismer. Don has been in full time ministry since 2000 serving The Aldersgate Community as the small group pastor.

Don has been happily married to Mimi for nearly 25 years. She is a trendsetter in her own right as a Captain with the Fort Wayne Fire Dept.

Don & Mimi have two children: Lynde, an architect; and Don II is a sales rep.
